Core Value01of six

01 / 06

Provide Value Over Activity

Report the number, not the effort.

We get paid for client outcomes: leads, calls, jobs booked. Not for being busy. Report the number, not the effort.

In Practice

  • Every update leads with the result, then the work behind it
  • “Busy” is not a status. Movement on a client number is
  • If a task does not move a client metric, we ask why we are doing it

Core Value02of six

02 / 06

Say the Hard Thing

Direct and respectful, in every direction.

Direct, respectful feedback up, down, and sideways. Praise in public, critique in private.

In Practice

  • Say it to the person, not around them
  • Disagree early, while changing course is still cheap
  • Respect lives in the delivery, not in softening the message

Core Value03of six

03 / 06

Extreme Ownership

Nothing goes over the fence.

We do not throw things over the fence. When we are aware of an issue, we make sure it is solved.

In Practice

  • Whoever spots the problem owns it until it has a clear owner
  • Handing something off means confirming it landed
  • No “not my account, not my department”

Core Value04of six

04 / 06

Close the Loop

Nothing left hanging.

Every task, message, and promise gets a clear finish. Nothing left hanging.

In Practice

  • Reply, even when the answer is “not yet”
  • A task is done when the person who asked knows it is done
  • If a date slips, the update goes out before the deadline, not after

Core Value05of six

05 / 06

Attention to Detail

Quality over quantity, every time.

We prefer quality over quantity. If it takes longer to get it done right, that is the right place to spend the time.

In Practice

  • Proof before publish: spelling, links, tracking, client names
  • Slow down on the last 10 percent, where the errors live
  • Volume is never the reason something shipped sloppy

Core Value06of six

Get 1% Better

Learn the tools, the craft, the client.

Always learning the tools, the craft, and the client’s business.

In Practice

  • Learn the client’s trade, not just their ad account
  • Bring one thing you learned to your next one on one
  • Small daily reps beat occasional overhauls

Living the Values

Where You Will See These

Values only count when they show up in the work. Here is where ours do.

In One on Ones

Your leader will name the value behind the feedback, both directions.

In Hiring and Reviews

We hire, coach, and promote against these six, not around them.

In Client Work

Outcomes reported, loops closed, details checked, on every account.

If something we do day to day does not match one of these, say so.

That is value two doing its job.
